  a. Bladder adenocarcinoma

  b. Bladder villous adenoma

  c. Prostate adenocarcinoma

  d. Florid cystitis glandularis and invasive adenocarcinoma

  e. Urothelial carcinoma (high grade papillary, in situ and invasive) with glandular differentiation
